111 Buckingham Palace Road is an office development which occupies the site of former parcels office to
Victoria Station dating back to early last century. The reception area to the rear was constructed in the 1980s
and refurbished in the late 1990s to include a feature glazed entrance and curved roof with plant on top.
ASME Engineering LTD. were contracted to design, manufacture and install the steelwork to replace the existing
reception area roof with a new one which also extends to cover the entire open courtyard.
The new roof spans side to side and is supported by the existing masonry walls to the north and a combination
of the existing column support lines and existing masonry walls to the south.
The project involves working on a busy London road, in tight places and on tight schedule; with minimal
disruption to traffic.
ASME Engineering LTD. were able to deliver on time and within budget to the satisfaction of our clients.
